Alberts first High Profile Dressage competition

Well, there's nothing like going in big!
Berti and Ellie Roberts competed in their first ever Medium tests at the weekend and he held his own against some very smart combinations!

In the Medium 4 test, Berti made some schoolboy errors in a couple of places which both judges picked up, but they still gained a respectable mark of 65.63% and came in 3rd place out of 5. We were very happy with this as the two riders in 1st and 2nd are already established at Adv Med, so deserved to be there.

Trying out the new Medium music beautifully put together by Equidance Berti tried his little socks out and between the 3 judges gained 66.06% despite some errors. We were delighted for him and Ellie to take 2nd place.

Ellie also had a great show on Lyon HK, who won both of their classes.

Berti is slowly being brought back into jumping shape by the wonderful Dani Johnston, so fingers crossed we will be back out jumping soon too
