BURGHLEY HORSE TRIALS STALLION PARADE

We were so proud to have been invited by British Breeding to take Koning Albert to the Stallion Parade held at the Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials. Only 12 stallions in the Country are invited to attend, so we jumped at the opportunity to take Albert.

Each stallion is allotted about 10 minutes in front of packed crowds to display their talents and ability. Beautifully ridden by Daisy Williams, Albert did a few minutes of smooth flatwork and then moved onto the showjumping arena, where he showed effortless ability clearing the 1m30 jumps.

Both Daisy and Albert gave a fabulous display and didn't put a foot wrong. He then stood in the collecting area afterwards, whilst countless people came to visit him and the other stallions, to talk about the horses.

The video is just a snapshot of the display, and to clarify, the commentary done whilst he was doing the oxer, was of the horse who came in after him.
