Koning Gemera, the first 2023 foal arrives

Culana Z (Calvados Z x Celano x Adagio IV(Guidam)), our gorgeous Zangersheide mare (Luna), produce a gorgeous strong colt foal late on Monday 10th April. 

Sired by our very own Koning Albert, (Freeman VDL x Sir Corland x Concorde) who is gene tested to pass on the double W20/W20 gene, the foal was certain to have lots of white. Luna and the foal are doing very well and she's a very proud Mum.

Poor Kevin, who travelled down from Scotland to buy our horse lorry that night, ended up getting roped in to assist with the foaling as Gemera had got stuck and Dave and I needed help. Thank you Kevin for your help and videoing it all for us.
