"Awesome, kind hearted lady"
We were introduced to Lisa a couple of years ago by Debi Heath French, as Jill was really struggling with all the administrative work with Broadlands Cattery, which was impacting on the time we could spend doing the horses.
Lisa lives in Norfolk by the coast with her lovely dog Fred and she answers all my customer emails, creates invoices, reconciles the bank accounts and takes and updates all the bookings in the Cattery.
She is an indispensable member of the Team, and I don't know how I ever managed without her.
She's also hard to get a photo of, so you can just do with one of Fred :-)
