Rewarding week at the U25 BD Championships

Koning Albert, took part in the U25 Championships at Sheepgate EC from 23-26th August, 2023 ridden by Ellie Roberts

Albert excelled himself and gained many new fans by putting Ellie on the podium many times over. He had some fabulous results in the Novice classes, gaining the highest percentage in any Sue Carson Saddles sponsored class of just over 77% receiving a beautiful bridle and then taking the top spot in no less than 5 classes, 6th in 3 classes and has Qualified for the Regionals in Novice Gold and Freestyle🙌

We have areas that need work, as you would expect, but love what we are seeing.

His Freestyle to Music created byEquidance, was a highlight, as it draws quite an audience and several people came up to me afterwards saying how lovely it was, which was such a nice thing to say as it had brought a tear to my eye this time. So impressed as he came 2nd in this class 🕺💃   Berti gave so much this week and still managed to dig deep at the end of the week, despite getting cast in his stable and stuck for some time on Friday night 😩

The Team at Sheepgate EC made this a great event and the people attending were so friendly, I have to say it was a really enjoyable event.
